ACTFWD Policies

Cookie & Local Storage Summary

This plain-language summary explains ACTFWD’s current product boundaries.

ACTFWD uses browser storage to keep the Guest Pass, active mission cache, progress and privacy choices working. Authenticated Free Profile data is also stored in Supabase.

Essential Browser Storage

The app stores a device identifier, Guest Pass timing, mission state, XP and rank cache, authentication session, feedback cadence and preferences in this browser so the Free experience can function.

Cookieless Analytics

Anonymous product analytics is on by default but creates no analytics cookie. It uses a random first-party visitor ID and temporary session and page IDs. Analytics can be turned off completely.

Pilot Analytics

The pilot interface supports anonymous analytics or analytics off. Cross-visit detailed analytics is not enabled in the registration or Settings interface.

Strict Event Data

Analytics event properties exclude names, email addresses, recipient details, custom mission text, feedback text, secret share tokens, full URLs, query strings, raw errors, IP addresses and raw browser user agents. Autocapture, fingerprinting and session replay are disabled.

Separate Operational Records

Free Profile, feedback, legacy share and consent records sent to durable storage are not analytics cookies. Supabase Auth session storage is essential to keep an authenticated Free Profile signed in.

Your Choice

Anyone can change analytics choices in Privacy & Data Settings. Free Profile users can also download browser-stored data, sign out or delete their cloud profile and local progress there.
