ACTFWD Policies
Privacy Summary
This plain-language summary explains ACTFWD’s current product boundaries.
ACTFWD keeps Guest progress in this browser. If you create a Free Profile, ACTFWD stores account-owned profile and progress data in Supabase so it can be restored after sign-in.
Stored in This Browser
ACTFWD stores a device identifier, Guest Pass timing, an active-mission copy, XP and rank cache, consent choices, feedback cadence and a random first-party analytics visitor ID in this browser.
Profile, Sharing and Feedback Records
A Free Profile stores your display name, email preference, active-mission snapshot, completion ledger and normalized campaign attribution against your authenticated account. New preset share links are created in your browser; legacy token links and submitted feedback can use durable server storage.
What a Share Recipient Sees
A shared link shows the selected mission title, chosen motivation and any sender name you provided. For Something else, the custom mission title is part of the shared link experience. Your profile email, XP and mission history are not shown.
Analytics Choices
Anonymous cookieless product analytics is the default. It uses a random first-party visitor ID plus temporary session and page IDs, and you can turn it off in Privacy & Data Settings. ACTFWD does not use fingerprinting, autocapture or session replay.
Operational Storage
Schema-checked product events are stored through ACTFWD’s server in Supabase without email, names, comments, custom mission text, query strings, IP addresses or raw browser user agents. Supabase also provides Free Profile authentication and account-owned progress storage, kept separate from anonymous analytics.
Mission Emails
Mission email suggestions are part of the Free Profile experience and can include mission ideas and reminders. They do not contain sales, Premium offers, discounts, advertising or promotions for other products. You can switch them off in Privacy & Data Settings or through the unsubscribe link in each mission email. ACTFWD does not claim email delivery unless a production email provider is configured.
Your Controls
Anyone can use Privacy & Data Settings to change the anonymous analytics preference. Free Profile users can also switch mission emails off, download locally stored browser data, sign out or delete their Free Profile cloud data and local ACTFWD data.
